What is HPE?
Honor Party Endorsed (HPE) is a voluntary, independent endorsement system designed to elevate honorable leaders and hold them accountable to a shared set of nonpartisan standards.
THE PROBLEM
Modern politics rewards the wrong incentives.
Candidates are frequently pressured to prioritize loyalty over conscience, narrative over truth, and short-term political advantage over long-term stewardship.
As trust declines, elections become more frightening, compromise becomes more difficult, and political opponents increasingly come to be viewed as enemies rather than fellow citizens.
THE OPPORTUNITY
For the first time in history, interconnected technology, open data, and real-time public participation make it possible to build a new kind of civic trust infrastructure.
The question is no longer whether information is available.
The question is whether we can use that information to encourage honorable leadership.
THE GOAL
HPE is not trying to eliminate disagreement. It is trying to create a culture where honorable leadership is recognized, expected, and held accountable to a shared set of standards.
